Ownership & Commercial Rights

You retain all commercial usage rights to the artifacts you create with the Services. We will not re-use, resell, or license your generated content to others.

Access, Retrieval, and Deletion

You can view session history and usage data in Account settings. You can delete specific generated content (images, video, text, and other artifacts) from Account settings. If you delete your account, customer data is removed from our active systems and cannot be recovered.

Third-Party Providers

The Services rely on third-party model and infrastructure providers to process prompts and deliver outputs. These providers may receive your inputs and outputs to operate the Services and have their own privacy and usage policies. Your use of the Services must remain aligned with those policies, and the more restrictive terms will apply where applicable.

Sharing & Visibility

We share data only as needed to operate the Services, comply with law, or protect rights and safety. Generated content you choose to share via link or integrations may be accessible to anyone with that link or to authorized recipients you designate.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical controls to protect your data, including access controls, encryption in transit, and monitoring. No system is fully secure, so you should apply appropriate safeguards within your own environments.
