Terms of Service

Last Updated: December 09, 2025

Welcome to SamsarOne. These Terms of Service (Terms) govern your use of our multimodal enterprise APIs, workflow builder, and any related products, services, or documentation (collectively, the Services). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and represent that you have the authority to bind the business or organization on whose behalf you are using the Services.

1. Eligibility & Business Use

You must be at least 18 years old and not barred from receiving services under applicable law. The Services are provided for business and professional use only and are not intended for personal consumer use. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Accounts & Access

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials, API keys, and access tokens. Keep them confidential, restrict access to authorized users, and promptly notify us of any unauthorized use or security incident. Use of the Services must follow our published documentation, rate limits, and technical constraints.

3. Permitted Use

The Services support enterprise-grade, multimodal workflows. You may use the Services to build, test, and operate business applications and automation that comply with applicable law, your internal policies, and these Terms. Human review of generated outputs is recommended, especially for high-impact decisions.

4. Prohibited Conduct

Do not use the Services to:

  • Violate any law, regulation, or court order; infringe or misappropriate intellectual property or privacy rights.
  • Generate or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, hateful, discriminatory, sexually explicit, or targeting minors.
  • Enable self-harm, violence, weapons development, exploitation of minors, human trafficking, or other high-risk or unlawful activities.
  • Provide medical, legal, financial, or other regulated advice without appropriate qualifications and human oversight.
  • Collect, process, or transmit sensitive or regulated data (including health, biometric, payment card, or children’s data) unless you have all required rights and safeguards.
  • Train, fine-tune, or benchmark models; build competing foundation models; or attempt to extract underlying model parameters, system prompts, or source code.
  • Bypass or circumvent usage limits, security controls, or access restrictions; create multiple accounts to evade limits; or interfere with Service stability.
  • Distribute spam or deceptive content; impersonate others; or misrepresent the origin of any data or output.

5. Customer Data, Inputs & Outputs

You retain ownership of your inputs, prompts, files, and other data you submit to the Services (Customer Content). You grant us and our service providers the rights necessary to host, process, transmit, and display Customer Content and generated outputs to deliver, maintain, secure, and support the Services. Outputs may not be unique and can be similar for different users. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and for how you use them.

Do not submit Customer Content that you are not authorized to share. If you delete Customer Content, we will remove it from active processing systems within a commercially reasonable time, subject to legal and archival requirements.

6. Third-Party Providers & Alignment

The Services run on and interoperate with third-party AI models and infrastructure. Your use of the Services must align with the applicable terms, usage policies, and restrictions of those underlying providers. Where those terms are more restrictive than ours, the more restrictive terms apply. We may suspend or adjust your access to maintain compliance with our providers’ terms.

7. Confidentiality & Security

Each party will protect the other’s confidential information with at least the care it uses to protect its own of similar sensitivity. You are responsible for implementing appropriate safeguards for your environments, users, and data. We implement administrative, technical, and physical controls designed to protect the Services; however, no system is fully secure, and you should not rely on the Services for mission-critical safety without additional controls.

8. Service Availability & Changes

We may modify, update, or discontinue the Services (or any part) to improve performance, maintain compliance, or address security risks. We may impose or adjust usage limits, quotas, or feature availability. Beta or preview features may change, may not be supported, and are provided as-is.

9. Fees & Payment

If you purchase paid Services, you agree to pay all applicable fees, taxes, and charges according to the ordering document and billing terms. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may suspend or downgrade access for late or unpaid amounts.

10. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access immediately if you breach these Terms, risk harm to the Services or others, or if required to comply with law or the terms of our underlying providers. You may terminate by ceasing use of the Services. Upon termination, your rights to use the Services end, but Sections intended to survive (including payment obligations, confidentiality, and disclaimers) will remain in effect.

11. Disclaimers

The Services and all outputs are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and reliability. You are responsible for evaluating outputs before relying on them in your workflows.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability arising out of or related to the Services will not exceed the amounts you paid for the Services in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms become effective when posted on this page unless a later effective date is stated. Continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Services.
